Financial integrity promise

80% to the animals. 20% to run it well.

Of every ₱100 received, at least ₱80 goes straight to field work and no more than ₱20 runs the operations. As a non-profit, nothing is paid out as profit or dividends — any surplus stays in the mission.

80% — Field work

  • Vaccines, rabies shots and surgical supplies
  • Vet and vet-tech fees for clinic days
  • Transport and ferry between Iloilo and Guimaras
  • Recovery care and emergency rescue help

20% — Running the operations

  • Staff salaries for the actual work (planning, coordination, reporting)
  • Bookkeeping, SEC and BIR compliance
  • Website, phone and donor reports

Salaries stay inside the 20% and appear in the public ledger as one total — individual pay stays private.
