These questions cover the most common situations, but not everything. For anything else, the fastest help is already close to you:

Sick, injured or stray animal: your Municipal Agriculture Office or the City/Provincial Veterinary Office. No one will ask who owns the animal.
A bite or scratch: go straight to the nearest Animal Bite Treatment Center — the same day.
A pet food or milk worry: report it to the Philippine FDA and keep the packaging. See Gabby's story and how to report.
